Chris Brewer
PRESIDENT & Chief executive officer
Chris founded River City Logistics in 2018, bringing a diverse background in transportation to the company. A graduate from Clarke University in 2013, where he was a member of the baseball team, Chris has held key roles in the industry including Fleet Manager, West Coast Operations Manager, and Sales Executive before starting RCL. His leadership is shaped by hands-on experience across multiple facets of logistics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, and traveling.

Jacob Shireman

OFFICER
Jake oversees day-to-day operations at River City Logistics. A United States Army veteran, he holds a degree in Finance from Loras College and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University. Following his military service, Jake began his civilian career in higher education fundraising before transitioning to the insurance industry, where he held a variety of roles. His diverse background brings valuable insight and leadership to the RCL team.

Josh Greenbaum

Josh leads operations at River City Logistics’ Reno and Iowa offices. He began his career in logistics after attending the University of Nevada and brings years of industry experience to his role. Known for his hands-on leadership, Josh ensures every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish. He’s passionate about building lasting relationships with both customers and team members. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, and supporting University of Nevada Wolf Pack athletics.

With expertise in sales, operations, and leadership, Kevin turns complex challenges into scalable, profitable solutions while fostering collaboration and excellence.

Sean is a seasoned logistics executive with over two decades of specialized expertise in supply chain management, transportation, and operational logistics. He is recognized for architecting innovative solutions that drive sustainable business growth, while upholding exceptional standards of customer service and cultivating strategic, long-term partnerships across the industry. In his personal time, Sean coaches his four children’s youth sports teams, travels, and enjoys golf.
Matt Theisen
SALES EXECUTIVE
Matt brings over 14 years of retail purchasing experience to River City Logistics, offering valuable insight from the customer side of the supply chain. With a business degree from the University of Saint Thomas and a background in team sports like rugby, he’s committed to delivering efficient, client-focused shipping solutions. Known for his collaborative approach and sharp attention to detail, Matt helps bridge strategy and execution seamlessly. Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with his two sons.
Lauren Gentile
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Lauren is an Account Executive at River City Logistics with over a decade of experience in 3PL, warehousing, and brokerage. Originally from Queens, NY, she found her passion for logistics in 2014 and has built a reputation for dependable, relationship-driven service. After growing her operations expertise in Greenville, SC, she returned to brokerage, advancing through consistency, care, and communication. Outside work, she’s a proud mom of two who loves planning new adventures.
